Turbo Lister and Shipping Discounts

Turbo Lister is not letting me choose combined shipping discounts as the flat rate discount box is greyed.

How do I now set up the discounts using TL.

It is set up in site preference but TL will not allow it to be selected.

None of my new listings will show combined shipping discounts. Is this another glitch when Ebay changed to Canadian dollars or?

Any help would be appreciated

I contacted TL support and what I was told to run Install Complete Version Update every couple of weeks because I am using .ca and .com for listings.

That will fix these type of issues.

I ran it and now able to select combined flat rate discounts and it worked for listings created today.

I edited all active listings and am now running sync so all active listings are fixed.
