Has anyone sucessfully listed a parcel shipment on Turbo lister, and figured out the error message means and what actions need to take place to list an item??
"The package weight is not valid or is missing. Provide a valid number for the weight"
Business Policy exists on eBay and on my Turbo lister, I am listing in Canadian dollars on the Canadian site. I am using a correct weight for Canada of 400 grams. Yet the system continues to refuse to accept the item. I can go manually onto eBay.ca and create the auction lots, but that takes TONS of time.

Where does it provide that detail? Unfortunately the help program is of little assistance

Changed the paramaters of the package, measured what it would be.... and.... still nothing..
Pierrelebel thanks for your assistance, it is appreciated. i have used different weights, shapes and sizes, and all give the same error message... the package weight is invalid or missing

"Where does it provide that detail? "
I am looking at the Canada Post "January 2013 Postal Prices" brochure available at all post offices.
Try changing the type of parcel.

Try changing the type of parcel.
I agree. Change it to the generic 'parcel or padded envelope'

The Small Canada Post Box is a specific size of a box sold by Canada Post with dimensions 29 x 23 x 6 cm. Perhaps you cannot change the dimensions. Avoid the potential problem by using the generic option "Parcel or Padded Envelope". That is what I do since I never use Canada Post supplies as they are too expensive.
Post back if it works so it can be reported to eBay Canada.

Here are the definitions of Canada Post products for sale at Canada Post outlets. Taken from the online eBay Sell Your Item form. I have no idea if these are still available or are current today since eBay is not good at keeping up with Canada Post changes. Again, Canada Post boxes are too expensive for shipping on eBay. Most likely eBay has to offer the products as part of their deal to have Canada Post shipping options available.
Package Size
Here are some guidelines for specifying the type of package you have. If you're still not sure after examining these guidelines, select "Package" from the pull-down menu.
Small Canada Post White Craft Box
Medium Canada Post White Craft Box
Large Canada Post White Craft Box
Small Canada Post Bubble Mailer Envelope
Medium Canada Post Bubble Mailer Envelope
Large Canada Post Bubble Mailer Envelope
If you don’t use one of these pre-defined package types, just select “parcel” or “envelope”, and input the dimensions of your package.

Help!
I too keep getting the shipping weight error in Turbo Lister.
I have correctly entered the weight for my parcel.
It is not missing.
So why do I keep getting this error message that the shipping weight is not valid or is missing.
When is this going to be fixed?
All these new policies are too complicated.
eBay used to be fun.
Now it is too technical.
