USPS trip report and Question

Just back from 4th successfull trip..huge savings on just about everything and a much better price/speed to Europe.In addition to the duty free books(used) I sell some clothing items such as T-shirts and jerseys....are these exempt under #7523...anyone have experience with these items....I long ago heard a rumour that dry cleaning must be proved(imagine that to be a real headache).

Don't know about that sorry. I paid the $100 for the commercial sticker. It helps speed up things lots. I tried to use their shipping manifest but didn't have a clue as to the codes and tell them so at the border if they ask. I make up my own manifest with ship to info, item description and item cost.

A couple of people were going to send me in to pay and saw the sticker. They just said have a great day. Some asked to see the manifest and I told them why I did my own. Didn't have a problem and just drove on through. It's great. I love it. :)
