I won an auction & have been unable to pay. Has anyone had this problem before???
It shows in my purchase history but when I click on the listing it says "sorry you missed out but this item has been relisted"
When I use the app it shows I won but when I click Pay Now it saays there's an error & have to use the website
When I go to the website it's in my purchase history but the drop down options tab does not have a pay now option!
When I click Pay Now in the email I can get to the listing & payment screen but when I click to log into my paypal account I just get an error that "this option is unavailable".
I bid right when it was ending & have not been able to pay since it ended. The seller does not speak english, all I have got is a generic reply.
I assumed they weren't set up properly with paypal but that doesn't look like the case. I've never seen this before. I I don't know if it's ebay or paypal I need to call or what I need to tell them, we all know how it is calling when you don't know why you're calling lol
