Unable to pay for bid on items.

Every time I try to pay for the items, up above the invoice it says that the info is "incomplete or incorrect" and it is neither.  I've been trying to pay for some of these items for over 2 weeks and I won something else last night and it's doing the same.  I don't know what to do.  I am beyond frustrated.

Is this message specific to one seller, or any seller?

Have you re-input your Address and logged out, cleared your cache, restarted your computer and logged back in?

Sometimes that works.

When this happens, always contact your seller to let him know you are trying to pay.

One common reason this happens is that the seller does not specify a shipping cost to your country or does not ship there at all.

This is not uncommon if you are actually shopping on dotCOM rather than dotCA.
