Unpaid items notifications

I try to buy items, however I get notified that I have 2 unpaid items, and I do not believe it is the case.  How can this be corrected?.

 I do not believe it is the case.

Are you sure you haven't made 2 or more purchases in the last

12 months that you didn't pay for and the sellers filed Unpaid item

cases against you.
