Unsatisfied buyer

I have a problem with one of my buyers who bid and won 3 coins from me. I have up to 4 days after an item is paid for to ship it to a buyer. I have told my buyer this but just because he paid for them , he thinks that he should have first


service when other buyers paid for their items before he did.


I am seriously thinking about refunding him the money that he sent to me. What would you do in a case like this? Thanks!

Your listings state:









"Will usually ship within 4 business days of receiving cleared payment"

 

If that is the way you want to run your business, and delay shipping purchases for four days after payment, it is your choice.

I always ship within one business day (often same day) and cannot imagine delaying shipment of easy to ship goods for four days. I just don't get it.

What I would do is improve on my shipping time and put more trust in my buyers.

See, larry, your other personality had the answer all the time! :^O



I like to get my sold items packed and posted within 24 hours, just so what is sold stays straight in my mind. Right now another ID has a guy buying multiples of certain similar items, and I'm sure if I was not wrapping as the orders arrived , I would be cheating either him or me. 😛
