Update on Store Inventory Listings in Search Results

Ebay increased visibility of store items in the general search but will be reverting to less visibility in a few weeks.

eBay increase the FVFs of store items sold because we were to get increased visibility. Since this visibility will be reduced, can we expect our FVFs to be reduced?

I hope CANADIAN POWERSELLERS will make there voice heard that they do not want store listings taken out of search.

Ebay is cheating us. I have seen dramatic increase in my sales in the last month. I don't understand why would buyers complain having more selection in the search (This is better selection). They managed to increase FVF fees for better visibility on store listings and now they are going back to previous system !!

I don't think it's buyer complaints ebay is listening to. The ONLY people I have seen support this move are the shooting-star PSer's who sell a ton by flooding the auction market with their product and squeezing out everyone else. They didn't like the competition they were receiving from the little guy with store inventory.

The little guys who don't use stores are quite in favour of reverting back 🙂

I think Whoscloset hit the nail on the head! Same "reasoning" they used to get rid of the longer store inventory formats. Bunch of crap!!

I've seen a pretty good increase in sales as a result of our store items showing up in the searches. We have saved a bundle in listing fees as a result of not having any fixed price items. I guess it was to good to last.
