VHS Tapes?

I have vhs tapes which i recorded on movies and shows etc. Can I sell them as is with strict knowing they must be erased?

If you selling them as used vhs tapes for recording on, and let people assume they are blank, then no problems. Although I can't see any purpose to selling used VHS tapes on eBay, Canadian shipping costs are a lot higher than the tape value.

If you're asking if you can advertise the recorded content on the tapes for sale, then you are breaking copyright laws.

Wipe them yourself.

But frankly you probably will find it most efficient to take them directly to the electronic recycling centre.
