I'm located in Canada, and have found a boat I'd like to buy (not on eBay) in the States.

If we do the transaction through eBay, will I be given vehicle purchase protection?

Please report the SCAM to the website where you found it. They are all trying to stop these SCAMMERS but need the help of the public to do so.
