 didnt send my order, or a reply when I sent them a message indicating my items didn't arrive. We were in contact prior to my purchase, as I had requested a deal on the items... agreed to a little discount, I placed my order and nothing came. I allowed too much time to elapse and was prevented from leaving feedback, but I found this way to warn users against purchasing from this . I spent about $50USD on my purchase and they wouldn't even respond...

You are not allowed to use this board to "shame" a seller.

Use feedback for that purpose.  You do know how to use it as you have previously left negative feedback for another seller.

It might be too late to file an eBay claim but you have 180 days from payment to file a claim through Paypal.
