Hello all,
I have a buyer that has not paid for an item. It is past 96 hrs. I messaged buyer twice and still no reply or payment. I don't want to get a negative feedback if I file a complaint. Any suggestion?
Thank you.

With no reply or payment, it is time to file an Unpaid Item dispute. The following link tells you how to do it:
http://pages.ebay.ca/help/sell/unpaid-items.html
Once you start the Unpaid process, the buyer has another 4 days to pay. When no payment, you close the case, get your selling fees back, the buyer gets a strike, and no one leaves feedback.
Unfortunately your item is tied up for 8 days, but it's not a perfect world. And of course, you will want to add the person to your list of blocked bidders once all the dust settles:

If ever a nonpaying buyer sneaks in a negative before you close the Unpaid case, you can have the feedback removed, if it does not disappear automatically. Nonpayers don't get to leave feedback.
