What happened to the conversion

I recently had to change browser, in order to withdraw funds to my bank from Paypal.  I know Paypal has a new website, but there seems to be no information.  I no longer see the conversion rate or fees (if any), just a line where I have to fill in how much i want to withdraw.  I want to know the rate, before I withdraw.  Am I the only one with this problem? I don't see anyone else here asking about this issue.  Sorry if it's been asked before, maybe I missed it.  Thanks.

I have two thoughts: one being that there is no conversion because it was paid in the same currency as the account to which you have set-up and the second is that paypal doesn't charge fees for withdrawals of a certain amount. Might either apply? Your browser would be irrelevant.

What happened to the conversion

I am Canadian, selling in US $, so my funds in Paypal are in US, but when I withdraw to my Canadian bank, it gets converted to Can.$. I cannot withdraw US funds to a Canadian bank, so there is a convertion.
A while back, I contacted Paypal, to find out, why I could not sign in to Paypal, she told me to switch browser, which I did, that's when the website looked completely different.

The paypal website is redesigned so that explains one part of it. As to the issue with conversion, I really don't know. I list in CAD exclusively on ebay.ca because I was tired of paying conversion. I'm afraid another call to paypal is probably your best bet now.
