I called eBay support and they said that Domestic for me is considered Canadian. I was hoping that they would say otherwise, however they didn't.
From looking at my report that I ran last evening the great news is that my international buyers (US and elsewhere) are rating me as 5, 5, 5, 4.98.
My Canadian buyers are the ones who aren't happy with me...rating me 5, 5, 4.88 and 4.72.
Perhaps I need to sell only internationally??? Geez!
The report I ran covered 2/12/09 - 3/23/09.
I ran this report because my 30 day DSR for shipping/handling went from a 4.95 down to 4.78 over the past week. And YES! I do realize that as each day passes and new DSR's are added the ones from 30 days ago drop off! I only ran the report because it was a drastic drop.
Happy with 1/2 the report, not pleased with the other half. Such is the way it goes!
