What is the 'Selling Activity Limit Reached' error message???

Hi everyone,

I have BIG problem when I try to revise or start a new posting item on ebay, I got this stupid and strange messages as followings 2 days now. I just can receive and send messages for the customer. I can't manage my items at all.
Obviously, ebay guys hasn't clear response yet. I am so disappointed now.

'Selling Activity Limit Reached'

Is there any selling limit on ebay as one of the Powerseller?
Cusomers seems star complain on buying or bidding items.
I'm loosing business unfortunately.

Anybody knows what this error messages mean and has similar problem before? Please help me and save my life.
