I got this email today from the seller

"You purchased a New x from me on Ebay but I'm having problems with my paypal account the funds are showing as unavailable so I have cancelled the payment you sent and can you just resend the payment for x just through your own paypal account to the same email you paid through previously so I can ship your order out today."

They did refund the payment. Advice?

Hi .. Is it the new(3) seller. Do not do. He is asking you to bypass ebay checkout to avoid the 21 day ebay hold funds. Would have no Buyer Protection.

Tell him to file a cancel transaction.
