I haven't sold on eBay for a few years. Things have changed since then and I would like to know when should a seller leave feedback - when they've been paid or when the transaction is complete?
Thanks in advance.

Hi roxx66,
Since Sellers can only leave positive feedback, they usually leave feedback right after buyers make a payment. This is generally the only part of the transaction that sellers can rate buyers on.
Thanks,

i as a seller wait to know that the buyer has received the item.

As a seller, I leave feedback when I have shipped the item, including the date of the shipment. This, in my opinion, reassures my customer that the item is on its way and encourages her to leave feedback when it arrives.
Only about 70% of members leave feedback. Feedback is voluntary. Feedback for buyers is always positive and therefore is irrelevant.
