When will the feedback icon be fixed?

The feedback Icon to leave feedback does not work. All information is put in but when I click on the feedback icon nothing happens. When will it be fixed?

Hsve you tried clicking on your own fb number beside your ID?

That should take you to your own fb page.

Scroll to the bottom and click on Leave Feedback.

I tried the answer to the above question because I had a similar problem with not being able to leave feedback. The answer does not work for me.
