Ok so i bought an item, the seller contacted me after couple of weeks telling me it couldn't be delivered, anyways he told me he could either refund or send again, i told him to refund and he complied. I purchased the item via a debit card, the thing is he is telling me that he refunded it but I do not see it on my debit card transaction summary...... if I go to ebay additional info or something like that it says a full refund was issued and the amount that i paid. So first thing to understand is that i do not have a paypal account so... where did my money go? not in my account, and on ebay it says it was refunded ??? what the heck is going on ? Please someone shine a light upon my problem because im going crazy with this .....
