Your seller was using the new Global Shipping Program, which is run by PB. They collect the Canadian taxes and duties and ship your parcel into Canada.

Will it be delivered by Canada Post? I have never seen a PBI courier vehicle and cannot find a phone number for this courier service. There seems to be a problem with my item delivery as my building's front door is closed for property renovations and no way for delivery people to ring up or contact me. My item has been in transit in my city since April 11 but cannot be delivered!
