I was just about to try it and then I read the rules. It excludes the province of Quebec. Guess where I live? I hope one day we'll become part of Canada so I can really feel Canadian!

Alero0--I notice all the time that Quebec is excluded from Canadian lotteries. Is that because of provincial legislation? I have never quite understood why you are excluded but assumed that is the reason.

Guess you better move then. :^O It has nothing to do with the rest of the country but solely to do with your chosen government. They by their own restrictions cause this for their residents. Language requirements and all that. They did it to themselves. Don't blame the rest of the country on that.

Alero0 - I hope you don't think the rest of Canada is rejecting you! The way we hear it in BC is that Quebec (the Provincial government) is rejecting the rest of Canada. I've travelled through a lot of our country and I've found that government policies and stances NEVER reflect the feelings of their people - I've felt welcome everywhere I've been, including the parts of Quebec I've visited! I still want to explore the Gaspe Peninsula but at our age that's not likely now.

Ann, I just tried the windorphins link and won $10 also! That was with my other ID which is registered on .com - this one which is registered on .ca got an "oops - try again tomorrow"

Guys,
I never felt that Canada was rejecting Quebec. I know that it's the exact opposite. I too have traveled throughout Canada and have always felt welcome wherever I've gone. It's just sad that being an anglo in QC I'm made to feel like a second rate citizen. Don't get me wrong, it's not the french people doing this it's the QC govenment that's stirring the pot.
Anyway, my comment was just made in fun. It was not made to start a political fourm. I guess it's all part of living in a "Distinct Society";-)

thanks for the reminder harv:-) lost again:-(...its not even about winning a measley 10.00-its just about being able to win!!! i don't win that often, so it would be nice. now that i've picked yellow everyday since starting, i have to stick with it, because as soon as i pick another colour, it will have been yellow;-)

jakeeangel, you're probably right. I just wish ebay would exclude me from playing based on the info they have that I'm a Quebec resident. The fact that I'm able to play is just holding a carrot in front of me. It seems that I'm eligible to play but not to win.
