Why can I not leave feed back

Why can I not leave feed back from two days ago even to one month ago when some items are starting to arrive.

I have no idea but clear your cookies and cache or try a different browser. Might try from feedback forum at bottom of this page.

If you have more than one computer at home,you could also try leaving feedback from the other computer.

What exactly happens when you try to leave feedback? 

Clearing your cache and cookies (temporary internet files) is always a good thing to try first when something doesn't go as expected.  Or click on the words Feedback Forum on the bottom left.  On the next page under where it says Feedback tools on the right, click on Leave Feedback.  That will show you all eligible items.  You should then be able to click your positive, enter your comment, fill in all the stars, and then click the big blue Leave Feedback button on the bottom.  Does that not work for you?

The only other thing that comes to mind is when you say 'from 2 days ago', -- but a buyer cannot leave neutral or negative until 7 days has passed.  It's to give people time to sort out the issues and cool off a little.  Still, there should be no problem leaving positive.
