Why do sellers give non existent tracking #?  Now what do I do, as she will not respond to my emails?

Assuming you have waited a reasonable amount of time you go to the payment recovery process. PayPal allows 45 days to file claims and should be filed by day 43 from payment date. Do that in the resolution center of your PP account.

Items from Asia can take 4-5 weeks.
