Why does eBay have so many pop-up ads now?

I see many popup ads on eBay offering  things I don't want to see. Recently more and more, and I have to close them before IO can proceed to where I want to go in my eBay.

I tried to tighten the security and blocking without success.

I only want to see the eBay items that I select not all this other junk that wastes my time.

I agree.  It's very annoying. They are marked "Ads by BetterSurf".  They should call it "WorseSurf"!!  If anyone figures out how to stop them, message me.

I don't see any pop ups.

Your browser should have a pop up blocker. Or, try clearing your cache and history. You can also download a program that that will remove any malware on your computer. Malwarebytes has helped me in the past.
