So 2 years ago I when on a rampage with 1 guy who file INR for 2 movies .. I ACTUALLY GOT 18 sellers who said he did the same to them and 13 of the seller left follow up feedback stating the buyer filed INR ...
WIth all that proof ebay did nothing ....
Las year I went on a bootleg Rampage and got 2 seller removed but zhangyangdingdong just came back as dingdonzangyong..
Then I went after a Canadian seller last year into this year and nothing has been done EVEN Though the sellers provides all the proof ebay would need right in there listings and it is 100% full proof PROOF. I even forwarded an email to ebay FROM DISNEY CONFIRMING I WAS 100% right .. STill this seller right now is rippping off 100's of Canadian and international buyers well killing business for honest hardworking people...
THE LATEST was a guy who wrote me mad that what I thought that Animal traps served a purpose and were only cruel if used that way by humans kind of lke how guns are only dangerous in the wrong hands type thing... Well he wrote me about 50 messages in 6 hrs to the point I told him 1 more and I would have him arrested then he finally stopped..
I reported him on the phone to ebay and the rep even said ( Holy **bleep** guys got a few lose screws a ) Still on ebay though so even though he threatened me and my family and told me all about his friends that live close enough to come get me and literally called me every bad word known to man and I mean everything he even called me a **bleep**tybirdie ???????? WHAT IS THAT ??? ..
So even though I know someone is going to tell me ebay takes this stuff seriously how can I ever think that ...
a board moderate will kick me off for a week for using the bad word for **bleep** but some guy can call me a 1000 names and threaten my family in 50 harassing messages and it's ok no worries...
WHAT A JK ... I can not longer believe ebay takes anything serious unless some random system spots it because none of my reports have really done anything other then getting zangyang dingdong kicked off for a day ....
LOL aa fun fun ... Sometimes I wonder why I have ever cared about honest hardworking people being ripped off when I have never gotten any good results ... O well like I said FUN FUN ..
Atleast I know if I ever wanna become a scum bag who rips people off I can come to ebay to do it .... 😉

eBay does not care.
The CSR with no authority or common sense.
There is nobody to call with authority, they must be hiding because they are fully aware of what is going on.
As a seller marketplace eBay is excellent venue to sell on. When it comes to addressing issues eBay is the biggest joke around.
My account was wrongfully restricted, 2 managers from eBay have been "working" on the situation to have it removed.
All lies. Nothing has been done.

I have looked at your listings. You have duplicates. No big mystery here.

Never worked. One AH would go off on them and the whole lot were in a sour mood for the whole day.
Jerks are FT jerks. They carry that cloud with them everywhere. When you go one on one with them, they drag you down to their level and beat you with experience.
They are like rats or weeds. No matter how much poison you put out, they still come back.
The Mother Ship will do what it wants no matter what we say or do. Do not waste your time and energy.
Besides, Brandee, I thought you were retired? Or, have you turned into Clint Eastwood, sitting on yer front porch, shotgun on yer lap "I tried being reasonable. I didn't like it.".

That is a nice exhibit. Too bad they are different conditions.
Im not going to try to pass off a movie that is in "Good" condition as a "Like New". Some people think its okay (including eBay staff).
I would not be happy to if I purchased a DVD and the seller passed it off as Like New and I got it in Acceptable condition so I would not do it to others.

Obviously spendmoney missed the major part of the discussion in your thread about same items being allowed if they are not in the same condition.
But then some people tend to continually try to call others out rather than to first look at the facts.
With that being said, why not make it easier for the buyer and have the condition written in the title so that they don't have to click on both items?

I started to do that at one point before but when trying to list it kept bringing up a yellow flag saying something along the lines of "Please refrain from using item condition words like "Like New" or "Brand New" in your title, we encourage you to use the condition description for all details about your items condition."

Definitely don't specifically use "like new". The other ones can be used in the title, though it isn't necessary

It may not be necessary or required but it has lead to me having a restriction ban on my account due to eBays automated system. It was done in error and for some reason it takes the brains at eBay over 5 days now to fix this problem and still have not done it.

When / If I get the chance to list again I will definitly do that by using BN, LN, VG, G, ACC when listing different conditions of the same item.
