I don't know the item number of the second one, but it may not have the Global Shipping Program fees tacked on ahead of time. Expect that, when Canada Post delivers it, you will have to pay GST/HST and any import fees if the item is more than $20 in value. It is not always charged, but for larger items, it usually is.
