Why is the Order confirmation email address different from my Paypal address

Why is it after I purchase an item, when I receive the "Order Confirmation" email (which looks like an auto response from ebay) my address is never correct?

I am in Ontario, Canada, and the address is always changed to ON, CA with the postal code removed. My Paypal address and ebay address are the same. This has happened numerous times.

Ummm.

 ON is Canada Post 's contraction for Ontario.

CA is pretty generally used for Canada, for example in public service email addresses.

The postal code is of most use to your delivery person, since it is the "name" of the postal walk that she delivers.

If it ain't broke, don't fix it.

ON, CA is good enough for eBay's purposes.
