Anyone ever come across this error message when searching for an item?

Forbidden
You were denied access because:
Access denied by access control list.

Have been getting this message when searching for certain (mundane) items.

Is anyone able to search at all? I now get this message:

Network Timeout
The server at shop.ebay.ca is taking too long to respond.

Or is this just happening at my end?
