The items won't be mailed to your email address but to your postal address*.
Has that changed? Do your eBay and Paypal addresses match? (They don't have to, but it can simplify life.)
You should be able to see your payments and purchases in your Paypal account. You should be able to see your purchases and payment in your eBay Items Purchases list.
But do go to both accounts and make sure the email addresses are accurate. You may miss an incoming payment or refund.
*Unless you were ordering digital products. But you have practically no protection on those in any case.
