Don't tell anyone your eBay ID.
If some already know it, change your eBay ID. Don't tell them. (This fools most but not all busybodies).
Open a new buying account. Don't tell anybody.
If someone has access to your account, change the password. Don't tell anybody.
You will need a different credit card for this, but you can use the same Paypal account.
If the busybody has access to your Paypal account, open a new one.
Don't leave feedback.
Ask sellers not to leave feedback BEFORE BIDDING and and remind them when you pay.
Outside of friends and family, no one much cares what you are buying. There are over 125,000,000 members here.
