I agree with all the posts here so far. Looks like your system is infected with some sort of malware. Run a few different anti-virus scans.

software on your computer?

Most sellers use the Firefox browser with the companion Ad-block Plus (which stops pop-ups),

but if you have Internet Exporer you can get Pop-up Blocker which is just as good.

Given the number of complaints today about infuriating pop-ups I do not believe it is your specific

computer.  Still, it might not hurt to delete your cache and cookies (temporary internet files),

and run any anti-virus software you may have.

But if you don't yet have an ad blocker (you can download them free), - definitely do it now.
