I bought the scanner in August and emailed seller in October because still didnt get the item and was given tracking # . Now because its over 90 days I cant contact seller and was wondering what I can do because I still havent received the item.

You only had 45 days to get help from eBay or Paypal on this.

Phone the 1-800 number on the back of the credit card you use with your Paypal account and ask about a chargeback. Even cc's have deadlines, but if you don't ask, they can't say yes to a refund.

You only had 60 days to leave feedback, but if he left any, you can add a Response. The most effective feedback is calm and factual. "Paid August. Shipped ? October. No delivery as of December."
