I did receive a email 3 days prior the email I received from the seller that my item was being shipped but did not receive any tracking number ! It was economy shipping !now I can't send a email to the seller on ebay as it won't allow me ! What should I do ? Wait and hope the package comes in!, or start going through resolution and put in a claim ?

This is the email I received from eBay !

The listing you're interested in is no longer available

Hello diehardleafsfan82-0,
We're writing to let you know that we've removed an item you recently won:

Since you've already paid for the item, you don't need to do anything else. If your item hasn't arrived yet, it should arrive soon. If it doesn't, then you'll want to open a case in our Resolution Centre. You can learn how to do this, plus find timelines for opening cases, at:
http://pages.ebay.ca/help/buy/item-not-received.html

We wish you all the best on eBay and hope your future experiences are pleasant and successful. If you have questions, please click "Help & Contact" at the top of most eBay pages.

eBay still has lots of other great deals. Just go to http://www.ebay.ca to shop. We hope to see you soon.

Thanks,

eBay

Economy shipping  means slow and cheap.  It is never tracked because tracking is expensive anywhere in the world.  You should have been given an estimated timeframe of arrival.  When the LAST date has passed and you do not have your item, do as eBay suggests and go to the RESOLUTION CENTER and file a claim for an Item Not Received.  Mention that the seller is Not a Registered User in your claim.  You will get a quick refund.

Yes I will go with the original time frame wich I was giving when the item was removed the time frame says null now after I will file a claim if the item does not show up within that time frame ! 👍....

Keep in mind that if the seller has been removed from eBay, by eBay, it could be for nefarious reasons.  It may be that nothing is coming.   Be fair and decent, but be smart.  Don't let the time frame for filing a claim pass by.

No I have noticed with the original shipped email through ebay I was given a time frame ! I will go with the time frame! Once the time frame is past I will put in a claim as of the same day expected delivery has surpassed ! The time frame I was given was Nov 10th to Dec 15th I will file a claim on the 15th of December wich equals out to 35 days or does it go by the day I payed for the item ?

ebay is up to 30 days starting from last estimated delivery date for Item-Not-Received.

paypal is 180 days from date of payment for an INR.

If the item has been removed you almost certainly do not have to wait, to start your claim. If the seller has also been kicked off, you do not have to wait. Start the claim at once.

Why wouldn't they wait? The listing could have been removed for a number of reasons. Just because it was removed doesn't meanthat there was a problem with the item. It was marked as shipped before it was removed so it's very possible that it is on the way.

I'm waiting for a message from the buyer! .... if the item was actually shipped and the buyer is still offiliated with ebay I don't see why he can't reply atleast to resolve this withought having to involve ebay! Reassurance definitely makes things much more promising ! Would he not be able to track the shipment if he is the one who sent it in the first place ?

I've had stuff arrive after a seller got kicked off (he eventually reappeared when he paid his outstanding eBay fees).

If your arrival time frame was given as Nov 10th to Dec 15th -- then your claim period on eBay is December 16 to January 14 for a regular purchase. It is the 30 day period after last estimated arrival date.

If your item arrives and you're happy with it, you can (and should) repay the seller at that time. Right now you are simply protecting yourself.
