I live in Albania and I want to purchase a stuff staying in Albania online and want to redirect it to Canada. How it works???

You have to ask the seller if they are willing to do that.

The seller has no protection if they don't ship to the buyer's

registered address.

Before you bid, explain your situation to the seller.

Sellers are required to ship to the address in Paypal and that address can only be in one country. If the seller is able to accept a credit card directly ( and very few sellers can) the problem is solved.
