An unpaid item was put on file...payment was enroute. Now its paid and I received the item, I can't leave feedback for the seller

Hi ramblin1rose.. If seller filed an unpaid dispute and it was closed , feedback cannot be left.

I assume you paid by other than PayPal. If you have a strike against your account , consider appealing..

Bit of a hassle but worth doing as a second one would severely restrict your ability to make purchases.
