can I re-list at no charge

I was charges a reserve bid fee of 53.00 for only 7 days.. can I re-list at no charge if item did not sell

Reserve fee would be charged again but please clarify  "was charges a reserve bid fee of 53.00 for only 7 daysse " . Reserve fee cannot exceed $50. .1% on over $200. reserve to a max of $50.

PS .. don't use a reserve. Buyers dislike. Set a starting price for the minimum you are prepared to sell for.
