No.
EBay makes its money from the fees you pay when you sell items from your eBay listings. (It may also make money from your listing fees, if you are not using the Free Listings that are widely available.)
If they allowed website addresses to be in listings, especially on Free listings, they would be a free advertising site, and not a sales venue.
You can put your website on your ME page, probably because nobody reads those.
And you can tell your buyers about your website by adding a written note to their parcel when you ship.

Hello 'soul-shine',
Ebay does not allow anything that could be construed as soliciting business to another
site, - to anywhere other than ebay.
Therefore you should have a close look at the following link about what you may or may not
include in your profile:
http://pages.ebay.ca/help/policies/listing-aboutme.html
And this next one explains all about ebay's policy on links:
http://pages.ebay.ca/help/policies/listing-links.html
Both those pages have all sorts of related links you can click on to further inform yourself
and which may answer any other questions you have on the subject.
Tread carefully, -- you do not want to find yourself in trouble for violations. Ebay doesn't
fool around.
