Yes, you can get it on the PowerSeler page.

The LINK ITSELF is in Post #11, as I indicated previously.

You can qualify for a discount on small packets, but you have to ship 50,000+ a year. 🙂

Canada Post has told me time and time again that the minimum quantity required for an airmail small packet discount is 50,000 pieces a year. I believed that until I actually switched to fed ex who had better rates than CP believe it or not. This was about a year and a half ago and since then CP has been trying to get us to switch back to them. Recently they have offered around 35% off the airmail small packet rate. We don't even ship 10,000 pieces a year and they are making that offer. Also I wanted to mention that CP is completely full of BS when they say they make next to nothing on airmail small packets. For anyone in Southern Ontario there are shipping services out of Toronto which ship for as low as $13.00 CAD per kilo comapred to CP's $30 and something for a 1 kg parcel going International. It really drives me crazy that Canada Post severly overcharges on its services.

And they're hiking rates again.

If you don't mind my asking, what sorts of rates do you get with FedEx?

The rates with Fed Ex work out to be a little less than CP for parcels going to the US. If you ship real light items Fed Ex cannot compete with the small packet rate under 500 grams. Once your are over 500 grams its a little less than CP. The real savings are at parcels over 1 kg were CP makes you use their "Expedited Service" to the US which is way to much money for the service. Within Canada fed ex is quite a bit more but less than 10% of our parcels are shipped within Canada so the Fed Ex shipping works out alot better. Not to mention it got better tracking and its delivered with a few business days 99.9% of the time.

I thought you were using it in Canada. Expedited Parcel is time guaranteed, so it works fine for me in Canada.

I use FedEx Ground to the USA as well. Main reason is not cost, but Customs clearance speed of Expedited Parcel. 3-4 weeks wait when standard is 5-7 business days is terrible. I wish I could use UPS since their system for doing labels is better (I wish FedEx did thermal), their service is faster, and tracking is better, but it comes at a cost. FedEx is good middle ground thus far.
