cancelled the order with supplier by email.

Message the seller via eBay instead of email...kindly ask for the order to be cancelled.

cancelled the order with supplier by email.

If you bought something and didn't pay then it is an unpaid item.

You can only cancel if the seller agrees to cancel.

If the seller agreed to cancel they will have to submit a mutual cancelation through the resolution centre.

Those 'silly requests' mean that the seller wants to be paid.

If he opens a Dispute and you do not pay, you will get a Strike for an Unpaid Item.

Many if not most sellers have an automatic Block against bidders who have UID Strikes.

Unless the seller offered a Mutual Cancellation, you are still required to pay for the item you ordered.
