a buyer contacted me saying he is trying to buy my item but can't, a message came up saying the transaction couldn't be completed at this time and the seller (me) cannot receive funds at this time, I looked this subject up elsewhere and I read that this is a glitch, I told the buyer to try again and the same message keeps coming up, how do I fix this?
