combine shipping

Hi..

Recently I purchase 7 items from ebay member , he offer combine shipping if more then on item was puchased , this was stated in his auction , so I used the   Buy Now  option , at the end I send seller email requesting the total , and ask for combine shipping . Seller responded after 2 days , inform me that invoice was sent , but I found out that he still charging me shipping costs for each individual item ( over $63). Items totalling $ 51.11 ..Any idea what should I do ..

Write again explaining a mistake was made (not "you made a mistake") in the calculation of the shipping charge.

If your (US or UK) seller is using the Global Shipping Program, he actually can't discount your shipping. He probably did not know that when he made that promise.

If this is the problem, suggest that he rebill you directly through Paypal's Send Money.

He can adjust shipping there.

PP has strong Buyer Protection so you can be confident in paying the bill.

And yes, be careful in the wording of your message. Email is very easy to misunderstand. You both want this transaction to be friendly and successful.
