One of my top priorities is to make shipping easier and faster for Canadian sellers. As you know, we introduced the eBay/PayPal shipping tool to the Canadian community back in February 2006, enabling you to purchase and print Canada Post and UPS shipping labels and customs forms (for US and international shipments) directly from My eBay or PayPal.
I would like to learn more about your experience or non-experience with the eBay/PayPal shipping tool to-date. I am continually looking to make the eBay/PayPal shipping tool more accessible and beneficial to Canadian sellers, and I am encouraging you to provide me with information on your tool usage to-date to help me further simplify shipping for you.
For those sellers who have tried the eBay/PayPal shipping tool, can you please describe:
- your top 3 reasons for using the label printing service?
- your top 3 dislikes about the label printing service?
- which features currently not available through the tool would make you use the label printing service more that you are currently using it?
For those sellers who have yet to try the tool, can you please describe:
- why you have not printed shipping labels through eBay/PayPal?
- what eBay can do to encourage you to use the label printing service at least once?
