How do I get eBay to refund my outstanding credit from selling items over 2 years ago? I get an invoice every month but no option on getting a refund. Other than selling items, which I don't want to do for now, how can I get a refund? Thanks.
Over 2 years ago? If its just a credit I don't think you can get it back accept to use it up to sell something. You can always phone and ask to get an official explanation but I don't think you'll be able to turn a credit into cash.
