eBay new checkout

I have my listing 'fixed price' and offer combine shipping. One of the international buyer emailed me that he wants to buy several items from me. However whenever he clicks the "BUY IT NOW" button, it go directly to CHECKOUT and ask he continue to Paypal to complete his purchase. There is no where he can find the button of "CONTINUE SHOPPING".

It is strange that my Canadian buyers doesn't has this problem. They are allowed to "CONTINUE SHOPPING" then requested for combine invoice. I checked all over my listing that I didn't ask for "immediate payment required".

eBay.ca doesn't have Shopping Cart, but we're definitely working on getting this. In the meantime, you may want to ask this member to buy on eBay.com.

The problem is not on eBay.ca, it is on eBay.com.

I found other people list 'fixed price' items on eBay.com has the same problem. It is because I wanted to buy something on eBay.com this morning, when I clicked 'Buy It Now'; it takes me to 'Checkout' and I have to complete the purchase continue to PayPal. There is no option for more shopping or request combine shipping. The seller actually offer combine shipping.

I guess this is new eBay checkout system since there is a Servey Link on the right top corner of the checkout page:
"How do you like our new checkout?
Tell us what you think"

I suggest that if anybody listing 'fixed price' items on eBay.com, it is better to find out whether you have the same problem!

I am having the same problem, all my international buyers are having a hard time as well. Many HAVE TO PAY for each item and I can not combine there order. I even had a customer say to me that they would not be back if it makes her pay for each item individually. This problem needs to be fixed.

I did report the problem to the eBay Survey. I hope this can be fixed shortly. 😞
