Because of some problem I had to pay for an item by sending  the money through paypal to the sellers email.Do you still get eBayBucks 4 it?

To receive eBay bucks for an eligible item you have to pay with PayPal by using eBay checkout in the listing. If you pay in any other manner you don't get any eBay bucks.
