Hi,
I'm trying to escalate a return to eBay but the site says "I don't have authorization" - what do I do now? The seller is refusing to return my money after selling me a fake item.
thx
Mark

Call eBay by phone using the "Help & Contact" link on top of this page.
That seller has also received negative feedback from two other buyers in the last month for selling "fake". The customer service agent at eBay should be able to fix the problem quickly.
Before calling. I suggest you read:

Also, when calling eBay, ask to speak to a "GSP specialist". That is important since your items came in through the Global Shipping Program (GSP) and returns/refunds are handled differently.
Also, in future, whenever you encounter a problem on eBay, I suggest you do NOT post negative feedback until all claims have been settled. It is difficult to expect "goodwill" from a seller after you post two negative feedback to his account. There is no urgency to post feedback. Buyers have 60 days from date of purchase to do so.
