Hello 'najiyahya',
If you believe you have received a fake something-or-other, the usual process is to contact the seller, and if need be file a claim for 'Item not as described'. The following link will tell you about it, see Section 4:
http://pages.ebay.ca/help/buy/item-not-received.html
You may be asked to provide proof that the item is fake, and I'm not sure as another URL will suffice, ... but maybe. You could be asked to ship the item back to the seller with Delivery Confirmation at your own expense.
You have 45 days to open your claim, and 60 days to leave rational, fact-based feedback. Well, you can leave the other kind too if you want, but I can't recommend it.
Good luck. 🙂
