A buyer opened a case this morning - my first case. He sent me a picture of a small crack in the item that developed in the mail system. We could tell this from the before and after pictures. He liked the item and I told him how to repair it. we agreed on a small partial payment to resolve the issue.
I refunded the partial payment through the resolution process - it actually worked fairly well.
My question its even thought he agreed to the partial payment to resolve the issue - can he still leave me a negative?
