At least they send you something ... I give 50 $ to get nothing and the seller played games about shipping just long enough that eBay say sorry we can not help you it is over 30 days .... Never trust they are very sneaky seller ... Never trust eBay if you can't afford to lose the money do not do it .!!!!!!!!_*

You will notice that the crooked seller's name has been removed from your post. We are not allowed to Name and Shame members in these threads.
You CAN post the transaction number which will display the listing and the seller's name.
You can leave negative feedback for 60 days after the purchase.
You can leave a Response to any feedback, your own or the seller's, indefinitely. The most effective feedback and the most effective Responses are calm and factual.
You will be asked to leave Detailed Seller Ratings when you leave feedback. These are much much more important to sellers than feedback. The lowest Rating is ONE STAR. No stars are a Free Pass. If a sellers DSRs drop below 4.3 his ability to list and to sell is severely restricted.
98% is a barely adequate feedback for most sellers.

what happened was they gave me till Feb 24th to get back to them if the monies I paid this clown didn't end up back in my account... so I gave right up to the 24th .. then contacted ebay thru mail .. the morning f the 25th I opened my mail .. got msge from ebay ... THE CASE IS CLOSED ... I have been on the phone with this lot and finally they put me thru to someone else who asked that I send proof I sent the ring back ... which I did via fax ....I haven't heard anything yet ... but that doesn't stop me from going into who by the way is still being allowed to sell this piece of junk still maintaining it is sterling .... I am so not finished with this clown ....nor ebay ...... cause now he has the ring back ... the money I paid for it plus shipping Plus the cost of my shipping it back AND as I have proof I followed what ebay asked of me they will be my next target ....... Paypal requires proof of DELIVERY not proof of Shipping.
Faxing a copy of your post office receipt is not acceptable.
Within the dispute add the Delivery Confirmation/ Tracking number of the parcel. If the tracking shows delivery to the seller, you will be refunded.
If you did not use Delivery Confirmation, which is very expensive to China, you will lose the Dispute.
You can try going to the credit card you actually used to pay (Paypal is just the mediator, keeping your financial information secure) and call the 1-800 customer service number on the back.
Ask the cc rep for a chargeback. Some cc's accept proof of shipping. Some require no proof at all.
No one will refund the cost of return shipping.
Again. You can leave appropriate Feedback for 60 days. You can leave appropriate DSRs at the same time. You can add a Response to any feedback indefinitely.
