If so you bought from a US seller using the Global Shipping Program. There are two shipping fees in these transactions. One is the money the seller used to move your purchase from their house to the PB shipping plant in Kentucky.
The other is the money PB sent to the Canadian government to cover duty and sales taxes, plus a service fee for moving the purchase from the US to Canada and to your home.
The purchases shipped under the GSP are usually delivered by Canada Post, and sometimes by CanPar.
